Champagne Piaff is the result of head winemaker Maxime Mansards’ desire to create modern and youthful wines, employing knowledge passed down through 5 generations of growers in Cerseuil, in the famed Vallee de la Marne. Our expressions are cuvees of excellence – We hand select our grapes from prestigious vineyards in Vallée de la Marne and Vitryat to create incredible cuvees of exceptional quality and character. From the estate fermentation winery in Cerseuil to the historic cellars in the heart of Epernay, every step of the process is meticulously overseen to produce world-class champagne.
